When my thermostat went completely blank, Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning could not have been any more helpful! They walked me through trying to fix the issue on the phone, and when that didn’t work, the owner personally stopped by and fixed it free of charge. There was just a wire loose, but of course I barely knew my HVAC from my breaker box, so I would never have figured it out. The company was recommended by a neighbor, and I’m very glad I listened to the suggestion. If I ever have any real AC or heating problems, I will absolutely be giving them a call.
